* When performing rising block, the fist must be over the opposite shoulder.

* Be sure to stretch at least 4 times a week for approx 5-10 minutes to help improve kicking technqiue & reduce the chance of injuries.

* Concentrate on stanes when performing your pattern, the improvements start from the ground up.

* When rotating in patterns, be sure to pivot on your front sole & not your heels.
