Vale TKD is just one part of the Vale Martial Arts family. Vale Kickboxing is a class for those who want to simply kick & punch pads in a motivational environment, learn a new skill, release agression and improve your health & well-being. Vale Dragons is a Martial Arts Class for 4 - 6 year olds which will help improve important life skills which could prove to be the best investment you can make for your child.
